Questions, a stop that's wrong, or something not working? Most answers are below, and the form at the bottom reaches a real person.
Common questions
Where does Best Exit work?
On 11 interstates through Missouri and its neighbors (I-29, I-30, I-35, I-40, I-44, I-49, I-55, I-57, I-64, I-70, and I-80) and the loops and spurs around their cities. See every covered interstate. Away from them, the app still lets you browse any covered highway and try a demo drive.
What does "Likely clean" (est.) mean?
Until drivers review a stop, its badge is an estimate based on the company that runs the store. Some chains are known for clean restrooms and some vary a lot. Estimates are always outlined and marked est.; scores from real reviews are filled in. Once a stop has reviews, they replace the estimate.
Why can't I rate a stop?
You can rate a stop's restroom for a day after the app notices you stopped there. That keeps the ratings from people who were actually there. Keep the app open (or running in the background) while you drive, and after a stop it asks how it was.
I don't hear announcements.
Check that announcements are on in the You tab, that your phone's volume is up, and that announcements aren't muted with the speaker button on the Drive screen. Announcements only play while you're moving (over 20 mph), and about 10 minutes and 2 minutes before the best stop ahead.
A place is closed, missing, or at the wrong exit.
Tell us with the form below: the highway, the exit, and what's wrong. Place data comes from OpenStreetMap and Overture Maps and is refreshed regularly.
Do I need an account?
No. Reviews are filed under a random ID made for your app, with no name or email. See the privacy policy for exactly what's sent.
